‘Investigating a soluble proteome for hyperstable proteins and cellular processes’
Seminar by Dr. Vesna Bozanic
‘Investigating a soluble proteome for hyperstable proteins and cellular processes’

This work aims at the analysis of the most stable proteins present in a thermophilic proteome(“stabilome”). The results obtained focus at identifying particularly stable proteins, cellular pathways or processes. A proteome-level perspective of protein stability in the cellular context contribute to a better understanding of functioning and control of proteins in biological systems.
